Conditions

I as the artist retain all copyrights to any image commissioned and retain the right to produce prints of said commission for portfolio use and sale. If you would prefer an exclusive image please email me about discussing adjusted prices.

You as the commissioner do not have permission to use the commission done by me for any commercial gain. If you are to use the image on a website please let me know where it is to be posted so that I can keep track of where it is and is not meant to be.

If you wish to commission a comic page/s I relinquish the right to use your commission for commercial gain, however I may still use it in my portfolio. You may not use the commissioned pages for any commercial gain. Again, if you wish to please contact me. These conditions are to protect both myself as an artist and you as a commissioner.
